For website and Shopify builds. We’ll plan the stages of a web app project with you.
Timing
For a website or standard Shopify store, allow around 2–4 weeks of build time once content and access are ready. We’ll help you get organised and find a schedule that works.
If several people are involved, choosing one person to bring feedback together helps us keep things moving.

Tell us what you’d like to change. We work through one list of feedback at each review.
You get: Two rounds of agreed refinements.
Launch and handover
We connect your domain and check everything on the live site.
You get: Your live site and the agreed project files.
Help after launch
Come back to us whenever you need an update or have a new idea.
You get: Thirty days of free fixes for anything we built that isn’t working as agreed.

Running costs explained upfront.
We explain domain, hosting, Shopify and any paid app costs before you commit. You pay those providers directly.
Help with your words and images.
We shape your supplied content into clear pages. If you need writing from scratch, we can include it in your quote.
Accounts stay in your name.
We guide the setup and handle the technical work. Your business keeps ownership and access.
Paid help when you need it.
Updates, training and ongoing support are quoted separately. Website and store builds have no required monthly Jellys plan.

Yes. The first 20-minute call is free and there's no obligation to start a project. We'll talk about what you need, your timing and budget, and whether Jellys is a good fit. You're also welcome to start by email.
No. A rough idea is enough to start. Show us what you have, and we’ll help you work out the next steps.
We can help choose and polish the images you already have, and discuss any supporting images you need. We don’t offer photo shoots. Product images stay real so customers can see what they’re buying.
We build clear pages that help visitors understand your offer and take the next step. Sales and search rankings also depend on your offer, marketing and competition, so we can’t guarantee them.
