Enquiries and email

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, project type and message. You can also choose to provide a current website URL, budget, timing and how you would like us to reply. We use those details to understand your request, respond and discuss a possible project. Please leave sensitive personal information out of the message unless it is needed for your request.

The enquiry form sends your details to Web3Forms, which forwards a notification to our Zoho Mail inbox. Web3Forms may also process technical request information, including your IP address, to help screen spam. Web3Forms is configured to keep its copy of a submission for 30 days. You can email us directly instead; that message reaches our Zoho Mail inbox without using the website form.

We may manually record your name, email, service, lead source, status and next action in a Notion lead tracker. We manually review and delete inactive enquiry emails and lead records 12 months after our last substantive contact. We may keep records longer for an active project, a continuing conversation or a legal requirement.

Calls and WhatsApp

The booking link takes you to Calendly. It asks for your name, email and a short description of what you want to build or improve; your current website URL is optional. The booking is connected to a Google Calendar and may include a Google Meet link. If you choose WhatsApp, you leave this site and continue there. Those services process information under their own privacy notices.

Site preferences and analytics

This site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not use that preference to identify you; you can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. The site’s animations do not store a preference or activity history in your browser.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process ordinary request information or set cookies needed for its security features. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate page views and page performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors and does not follow people across sites.

Your choices

We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up for marketing messages. Email [email protected] if you want to ask what enquiry information we hold, correct it, or request its deletion. We will respond in light of the applicable rules and any information we need to retain for an active project or legal obligation.

We use Web3Forms for form delivery, Zoho Mail for email, Notion for manual lead tracking, Calendly and Google for calls, WhatsApp if you choose that channel, and Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics. These providers may process data in other countries according to their own terms and privacy notices.
