Yes. Store updates, new features, training and ongoing support are paid services. We’ll agree the work and price before starting. Your store includes 30 days of free fixes for anything we built that isn’t working as agreed. Content changes and new requests are quoted separately.
The price stays fixed for the work we agree. If you’d like to add something, we explain the options and cost first. You decide whether to go ahead.
Yes. Your domain and accounts stay in your business’s name. We handle the technical setup and hand over the agreed project files after final payment. Training and later updates are quoted separately.
