Each project has its own scope, schedule and support arrangements. If the work is split into phases, you approve the price of each phase before it begins.

Yes. Maintenance, improvements and training are quoted separately. We’ll agree the support terms and explain expected running costs before you decide to go ahead.
We start by talking through what you need, then work out a useful first version and give you a clear quote. Some ideas benefit from a prototype; others can go straight into a build. For larger projects, we can plan the work in stages, with the price explained before each stage begins.
We work out the timeline once we’ve planned the first version together. You’ll know when to expect a preview, when we need your feedback and the planned launch date before work begins.
Yes. Your domain and accounts stay in your business’s name. We handle the technical setup and hand over the agreed project files after final payment. Training and later updates are quoted separately.
We build websites and web apps that people use in a browser on their phone or computer. We don’t offer native apps for the App Store or Google Play.
